We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.50 within the U.S. All orders are lovingly packaged and sent with care. Please allow 14-20 business days for processing before shipment. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, 
we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Cancellations
Changed your mind? We totally get it, things happen!
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment, no questions asked.

After that window, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover time, materials, and processing.To request a cancellation, please email crystalcovennailss@gmail.com with your order number and “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line.

  • Custom designs are non-refundable and cannot be canceled at any time, as they are made specifically for you with your requested details in mind.
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the request is not submitted in writing or falls outside the policy terms.
